Human Resources Director for Foster Pepper. Responsible for supporting strategic, operational and financial objectives of the firm. This support includes recruitment, assessment, development, training, motivation, retention and utilization of human resources.

Prior to Foster Pepper, held HR management positions in different types of organizations, including large healthcare organizations and a global brokerage firm.
