Mr. Brilling is the Executive Director of Seattle Universitys Entrepreneurship Center, and has over 20 years of executive leadership experience in financial services, holding titles of CEO, COO, CIO, and EVP. During this time, he was responsible for a number of functional disciplines: information technology, sales, marketing, human resources and training. Additionally, he has been part of several start-up ventures and over 10 years of consulting experience, most notably Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Throughout his career, Mr. Brilling has played significant roles in mergers and acquisitions, alliance formations, new business development, and spokesman for the reinsurance industry. He holds a masters degree in Business Administration and bachelors degree in quantitative techniques. Along with his current Seattle U responsibilities, he is actively involved on five boards, focusing on organizational transformation, market segmentation, and marketing strategies.

SVP and CIO, member of the executive team, reported to President.

Responsible for information technology, Division Americas. Created and built e-business solutions. Established a professional infrastructure: strategic planning, project planning and management, research and development.

Largest consulting firm in the world.

Associate Partner, reporting to Partner in charge of worldwide Alliance Practice.

Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) alliance practice and projecting technology trends. Also responsible for the Oracle alliance relationship.

1985 - 1997

Second largest reinsurance broker in the world, headquartered in London

COO and CIO, EVP Sales and Marketing, reporting to the President

Managed diverse functions for all North American reinsurance and wholesale companies: IT, human resources, training, facilities, and advertising. Responsible for national sales and marketing of fee-for-service business, as well as intermediary services supporting this business.
