Rex Toh was quoted in a
Seattle Times article on
July 12, 2005, "Car-sharing rival plans to head west,"
addressing the expansion of Zipcar into the Seattle market. Zipcar is a rival to
Flexcar. Rex was aptly described as a transportation specialist at the Albers School.

Rex Toh and Fred DeKay will have their article, "Hotel Room Inventory
