Professional History:
Before
teaching full-time, John was responsible
for the acquisition and disposition of
real property required to build the
Sound Transit Commuter Rail line. Prior
to that, he was a commercial litigator
for over fifteen years. After obtaining
his JD/MBA degree at UW Law School,
where he was Articles Editor on Law
Review, John clerked for Justice Robert
Utter at the Washington Supreme Court.
In earlier iterations of his "career,"
John has been a manufacturing engineer
at Boeing, a charter member of the Form
I faculty at Matteo Ricci College, and a
Jesuit.
