The Human Performance Lab represents an exciting development in the integration of health care and exercise. With leading edge exercise equipment provided by TechnogymUSA, the human performance staff is actively engaged in research related to design of exercise equipment, efficacy of training, and prevention of or rehabilitation from injury, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer.

The culminating activity for the Master in Sport Administration & Leadership is a written manuscript and oral presentation drawing on a project or research affiliated with the internship experience. Collectively know as the colloquium, students work under the supervision of appropriate faculty to draft, revise, edit, and present the manuscript and oral presentation, which are evaluated by faculty from several disciplines and selected MASL students.
