Be the difference you want for your world with the OSR Master’s program

The OSR Master’s program is the only one of its kind in the country. This two-year, cohort-based program provides you the opportunity to achieve excellence as a designer and leader of change within your organization and community.

The OSR Master’s program is transitioning to and will affiliate with the Bainbridge Graduate Institute (BGI).  The next cohort of students will apply though BGI and will begin their graduate studies with OSR at BGI starting this fall of 2012. 

OSR and BGI share a vision to educate experienced adult change agents who will contribute to making this a better world for all by drawing on OSR’s focus on leading, renewing, and transforming existing organizations and BGI’s focus on creating innovative and sustainable businesses.
