Carl Donovan is on assignment with the Peace Corps in Moldova until 2014. He is the Founder and President/CEO of Education Assistance Foundation and two subsidiary not-for-profit companies. Over the past 20 years, he  helped over one million students throughout the northwest finance their college education and manage education debt. He was the deputy director for the Washington State Council on Higher Education from 1971-79. He received his MBA in Operations Management at the University of Washington. He has volunteered at the local, state and national levels.
