The American Journal of Arts Management serves the arts management field with articles and research submitted by educators and professionals within the industry.
The MFA in Arts Leadership is a full member program in the Association of Arts Administration Educators.

Mr. Chang holds a BA in Chinese Literature from Seoul National University, an MA in Performing Arts from Seoul National University, and he received his PhD in Art Education (specialization in Cultural Policy and Arts Administration) from The Ohio State University in December 2011.
He is a scholar in arts management and cultural policy as well as an artist and former arts manager. He has been published in The Journal of Arts Management, Law, and Society and in Anthology of Performing Arts Studies. He also has several papers which he presented at conferences, classes and forums since 2007 and continues to do research, focusing on small arts organizations. He is a Research Fellow at Available Light Theatre in Columbus, Ohio, was a Technical Coordinator at the 2010 Barnett Symposium in Columbus, Ohio, and was a student representative at the National Arts Advocacy Day Contingent in Washington, DC.
He has taught in the Department of Art Education at The Ohio State University, teaching Computers in the Visual Arts and Art and Music Since 1945. He also taught in the Interdisciplinary Program in Performing Arts at Seoul National University.
His professional work experience since 1998 includes working as a correspondent for The Arts Council Korea, Tech Support Assistant at The Ohio State University, Development Manager at Michuhol Art Center, Producer at Yesall Mediart Inc. and service in the Republic of Korea Army.
