Biography

Christine O’Connor is a senior consultant specializing in executive search, resource development and organizational planning with the national firm of Albert Hall & Associates. Her clients have included ArtsFund, Alley Theatre, Children’s Theatre of Minneapolis, Asolo Repertory Theatre, Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, Sundance Institute, Grantmakers in the Arts, South Coast Repertory, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Guthrie Theater, Seattle Repertory Theatre, Seattle Chamber Music Festival, Seattle Arts & Lectures and Copper Canyon Press, among many others. Previously, she held senior development positions with Seattle Rep, Center Theatre Group (Mark Taper Forum/Ahmanson) in Los Angeles, American Conservatory Theatre and San Francisco Opera. Ms. O’Connor has taught arts and nonprofit management at the University of Washington, UW’s Evans School of Public Affairs, and San Francisco State University. She is a frequent writer, panelist and guest lecturer on board leadership and fund development, and a contributing author to Theatre Communications Group’s book, The Art of Governance. She holds a BA in English and Political Science from Chatham University.
