Learning Outcomes - Fine Arts (Arts Leadership)

Seattle University graduate Fine Arts students should be able to: 

  • Demonstrate the ability to understand, organize and interpret important information for decision making by boards, staff and organization stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate competence in the use of professional written and oral communication conventions and to develop an understanding of communication networks.
  • Apply analytical and research skills in problem solving and demonstrate an ability to generate constructive responses to the problem or challenge.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the power and potential of fostering diversity at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrate competency in responding to moral and ethical challenges and an ability to understand the role of faith and justice in the world.
