In addition to housing an exciting season of visual art, theatre, and instrumental music, the Lee Center for the Arts is proud to host Maureen Whiting Dance Company for its third and final year in residence at Seattle University.

Building on tremendous momentum from Other Jello (2006) and Wandering Bear (2007), Maureen Whiting Company’s third year in residence promises another exciting world premiere and further insight into the creation of contemporary dance.
The Maureen Whiting Dance Company is committed to the creation and performance of contemporary dance work. Inspired by the rawness and beauty of life, the company seeks to deepen audience experience of performing arts and aims to enrich the field of 21st century dance and performance.
The world premiere dance performance, The Myth of Us, debuts in spring 2008:
