Music Thumb

The Music program at Seattle University nurtures several choirs, a jazz band and a series of chamber music instrumental ensembles, offering opportunities for both vocal and instrumental musicians. In addition to building a solid musical foundation of fundamentals, history, theory and composition, students apply their skills through regular private music lessons and participation in one or more of the department’s thriving musical groups.

The Fine Arts department is proud to welcome Quinton I. Morris as the new Director of Instrumental Music. To learn more about Professor Morris and the new major in String Performance, click here.
