Biography

Saheed A. Adejumobi is Associate Professor in the History Department and Global African Studies Program. He has degrees from the University of Lagos, the University of Oregon, and The University of Texas at Austin where he was awarded his Ph.D.  He has taught at The University of Texas at Austin, Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and Zhejiang Normal University in Jinhua, China.  He specializes in African and African American History, and African Diaspora intellectual and cultural traditions.

Nothing could be easier! Come to the English Department (Casey 5th) and complete a form declaring your major or minor in Film Studies. You will be assigned a faculty advisor right away. And you will be encouraged to introduce yourself to Dr. Edwin Weihe, director of Film Studies, and other Film Studies faculty.
