    Mr. William J. (Joe) Hawe's professional experience includes serving as Executive Director of the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission, United States Marshal for Western Washington, Sheriff of Clallam County WA, Chief of Police of Sequim WA, Senior Reserve Special Agent for the U.S. Coast Guard Investigative Service, and Special Agent for the United States Department of State.

    He holds a Master of Science degree in Administration of Justice from American University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Montana State University.

    He is an adjunct faculty member at Seattle University where he has taught courses that include Intelligence and Criminal Justice Operations, Theories & Techniques of Crime Scene Investigation, and Science, Technology and Public Safety.  Joe is also a member of the SU Criminal Justice Advisory Committee.
