Please note: The following instructions are for those who have already discussed their internships with either the department chair or Professor Angelique Davis:

    1. Ask your on-site internship supervisor to send a job description (duties and hours per week) to the department chair.
    2. Go to the Arts & Sciences Internship site
    3. Print the forms labeled "INDEPENDENT STUDY, DIRECTED STUDY or INTERNSHIP REQUEST FORM"
"Internship Contract" "Internship Risk Acknowledgment and Release"
    4. Contact either the department chair or Professor Angelique Davis for an appointment to review and complete these three documents.
