Ashwin Warrior

Project Assistant, Project on Family Homelessness

On campus, he is an editor for The Catalyst, Seattle U’s only student publication dedicated to issues of social justice. He serves as a research assistant to faculty in the Albers School of Business and Economics and has previously worked as a consultant in the university’s writing center.

In addition to these on campus positions, Ashwin has experience in communications roles both nationally with the Department of Labor, and locally with the Economic Opportunity Institute.

Outside of school, he volunteers as a youth mentor in the King County juvenile detention center and as the head coach for Street Soccer Seattle, a non-profit located in the University District that uses soccer to empower homeless youth.

In his free time, Ashwin is an avid runner.  He enjoys exploring Seattle and getting to know the city through its many trails and parks.
