Biography

Saheed A. Adejumobi is Associate Professor in the History Department and Global African Studies Program. He has degrees from the University of Lagos, the University of Oregon, and The University of Texas at Austin where he was awarded his Ph.D.  He has taught at The University of Texas at Austin, Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and Zhejiang Normal University in Jinhua, China.  He specializes in African and African American History, and African Diaspora intellectual and cultural traditions.
