My AASC responsibilities include overseeing academic advising services in the College of Arts and Sciences, advising Psychology, Sports and Exercise Science, and International Studies majors, working with faculty and professional advisors, and problem-solving with students who are struggling academically. Out of the office you might run into me at Einsminger, working my pea patch at the organic garden, hiking in the Cascades, or out for dinner in the neighborhood.
Iadvise students from all College of Arts and Sciences majors, and specialize in working with students majoring in the departments of Communication, Criminal Justice, and Liberal Studies. I also provide pre-professional advising to future teachers, and assist students on academic probation. I earned a Master’s degree in Student Development Administration from SU and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. In my spare time I enjoy running with my dog and exploring Seattle with my husband, Matt.
