  • Psychology Chair's Colloquium Features Donna Orange

    Dr. Donna M. Orange presents “The Suffering Stranger: Attitudes for Everyday Clinical Understanding and Responding” on Oct. 20. Orange, an internationally renowned training and supervising psychoanalyst, is on the faculty of Rome’s Istituto di Specializzazione in Psicologia Psicoanalitica del Se e Psicoanalisi Relazionale and New York’s Institute for the Psychoanalytic Study of Subjectivity. 

    The annual Psychology Chair’s Colloquium features an outstanding scholar, researcher, and teacher. Erica Lilleleht is the current chair of the Psychology Department. 

    Orange’s presentation, which is free and open to the public, takes place from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. in Pigott Auditorium. 

    The College of Arts and Sciences, the largest college in Seattle University, offers 33 undergraduate and 7 advanced degrees, including an M.A. in Psychology.
