Professor Bill Koenig, Director of the M.A. in Organization Systems Renewal (OSR)
program, and Bill Grace (right), founder of the Center for Ethical Leadership, present
keynote addresses at the annual OSR conference on June 18. The theme of the
daylong conference, “Leading Sustainably: Transformation Through Vital
Conversations,” focuses on the challenges to sustaining leadership during
“Maintaining balance and conscious collaboration are critical components for leaders during unstable
times,” said Paula Brekke, OSR Community Coordinator.
In their presentations, Koenig will focus on “Leadership for the Whole: In
the Mythic Field of C. G. Jung’s Unconscious Processes,” and Grace will offer
insights from his new book, “Sharing the Rock: Leadership for the Common
Good.” This conference also includes discussions of new methodologies for
expanding leadership capability and leading transformation.”
