The Global Awareness Program (GAP), a new program in the College of Arts & Sciences, is now accepting applications for 2010-11. The two-year program, which links academics, co-curricular activities, and service learning into an integrated specialization, fosters a greater understanding and appreciation of diversity and insight into multicultural and global perspectives.
GAP offers a wide variety of electives geared to the students’ individual interests. Students in any major in the College of Arts & Sciences and with junior standing by the fall quarter 2010 may apply. Applications are due by June 8, and students will be selected in time for fall registration.
