    Joey Anchondo, a recent journalism graduate, took top honors in this year’s International Photography Competition, sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences. The contest celebrates the photography of Seattle University students studying abroad and international students studying here. Anchondo, in Ghana as part of the International Development Internship Program, captured the moving shot during the inauguration of Ghana’s President John Evans Atta Mills.
