Biography

Dr. Xiangying Ou, with a specialization in Comparative Literature (2007), comes from Sichuan University in China. She has been teaching Chinese to international students since 1999. She is a volunteer professor at the Confucius Institute of Washington. She previously worked at LWIT (Lake Washington Institute of Technology). Having professional experience abroad, teaching Chinese as an exchange professor in South Korea for three years, she is quite capable and experienced in student-centered and culturally immersive teaching methods.
