Olha teaches PUBM 530 Management Analysis and Control and PUBM 571 Government Finance.

Biography

Olha Krupa “Olga” received her Ph.D. from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University, with a specialization in public finance and policy analysis. Her dissertation explored features of the property tax administered under the market value-based assessment system.  Her professional interests include state and local public finance, taxation, corporate finance, financial management, and the public finances of transition economies. Her research focuses on property and land taxation in the United States and in transition economies.
