Adjunct FacultyCenter for the Study of Sport and Exercise
John Schuller directs the marketing and corporate branding of Oki Golf as well as their seven unique golf properties while serving as a member of the core management team. His focus is on planning, strategy, and execution of marketing initiatives, analysis of the success of specific marketing tactics, management of marketing consultants, and oversight of all ongoing projects. Previously, Schuller had been the director of game operations and special events for the Milwaukee Bucks, where he was responsible for development of in-arena marketing programs, sponsor activation and entertainment.
Schuller also spent ten years with the Seattle Mariners, the last five as director of marketing, where he oversaw and drove operations of the marketing department including special events, game entertainment, event management, sponsorship programs, and community involvement. Additionally, Schuller served as a public relations assistant for the Boston Celtics. Schuller earned a degree in Business Administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and continued post graduate work in Sports Administration at the Wichita State University. His professional honors include seven King County Event Producers Awards and 14 Information Display and Entertainment Association Golden Matrix Awards for outstanding performance in sports entertainment.

The College of Arts and Sciences is the oldest undergraduate and graduate college affiliated with Seattle University, the Northwest's largest independent university.
