Tiffany M. Reiss is currently the chair of the Exercise Science and Wellness undergraduate program at Bastyr University and the director of Apple Core, a non-profit organization seeking to offer day and residential healthy lifestyle camps for obese children and adolescents. Tiffany has extensive experience working with corporations and communities in developing health and wellness programs for employees and community members.
She brings a multitude of varied teaching experiences in academic, corporate and community settings. She has worked in a variety of settings throughout her academic career including cardiac rehabilitation, worksite wellness programs, university recreation and personal training special populations.
Tiffany received her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from Appalachian State University in Exercise Physiology. While pursuing her MS degree, she completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics also at Appalachian State University. She then completed her Ph.D. in Health Promotion from Virginia Tech.

The College of Arts and Sciences is the oldest undergraduate and graduate college affiliated with Seattle University, the Northwest's largest independent university.
