Magis: Alumni Living the Mission
In conjunction with our partners at MAGIS: ALUMNI COMMITTED FOR MISSION, we're developing ways for Jesuit-educated alumni to come together for service in our local neighborhoods through the Seattle University Youth Initiative.
If you are seeking service opportunities in the Seattle metro area, please visit Center for Service & Community Engagement's web site.
Join the REDLINE!
If you'd like to volunteer your musical skills to Seattle University the please consider joining our SU's REDLINE!
We are calling on all Seattle University affiliates, Undergrad,
Graduate and Alumni, who happen to be Drummers and Musicians to create a rhythm
section known as The REDLINE. This will be the new Seattle U Drumline in
support of Redhawks Basketball! Keith Rousu, a Seattle U alumnus and
current director of the Seattle Seahawks Blue Thunder Drumline, is excited to
lead REDLINE’s inception. The Seattle U REDLINE will enthusiastically support
our team and provide a winning atmosphere pre-game, during the game, post-game,
and in the greater Seattle community.
Drummers, break out those sticks and mallets!
Musicians, we can teach you how to play cymbals, and gauge your talent at
drumming as well!
The staff will be comprised of current, and former
members of the Seattle Seahawks Blue Thunder Drumline, the cutting edge of
professional sports musicians. Please contact Lisa Nielsen at nielsenl@seattleu.edu
or 206-296-5916 for more information on how to join REDLINE today!
Let’s go Redhawks!
