Our On-Campus Interviewing (OCI) program offers employers the opportunity to arrange an entire day on campus to conduct interviews with interested, qualified students for internships and full-time positions (available upon graduation). We offer three sessions of On-Campus Interviewing during the academic year: fall, winter, and spring. Information sessions provide employers the opportunity to educate potential candidates about the advantages and benefits of their company and industry. Some specific ways an employer can support students include the following:
Assisting with Resume Reviews: The Albers Placement Center often contacts employers asking them to assist with Resume Reviews. Employers spend 30 minutes meeting with students to offer feedback on the students’ resumes.
Assisting with Mock Interviews: The Albers Placement Center often contacts employers asking them to assist with Mock Interviews. Employers spend 30 minutes meeting with students to offer feedback on the students’ interviewing techniques.
Participating in workshops or panel presentations: The Albers Placement Center often contacts employers to be part of panels on specific career-related topics of interest to students.
