Job Description

Chris is a Director of Applications at PACCAR's Information Technology division. He is responsible for a portfolio of over 120 systems used by multiple business units within the company. He also oversees the software development competency center, which provides staffing and technical direction for major projects.

Employment History

Chris worked at PACCAR as a programmer, systems analyst, and project manager prior to moving into management as supervisor of factory IT systems. That role expanded into being responsible for the manufacturing systems used by the Kenworth and Peterbilt truck divisions. He then worked for 4 years at PACCAR's European division (DAF) in the Netherlands as IT manager for sales and marketing. Upon his return to the US, he was named IT director of PACCAR's financial services division. There he was responsible for all aspects of IT for the financing and leasing business units worldwide until assuming his current role at the beginning of 2009.
