Served as a partner in the Seattle practice of Tatum, LLC. Served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of Alaska Airlines, where she was responsible for corporate finance, investor relations, aircraft and equipment leasing, cash management, pensions and an accounting group at a $1.7 billion revenue national airline. During her Responsible for all financial and human resource activities.15 year tenure with the airline, Krueger sourced, structured and closed financing for aircraft, equipment and facilities of over $2 billion in public, private and tax exempts markets. Prior to joining Tatum, Krueger also spearheaded the initial audited financial statements for several mid-size companies and introduced internal controls and quality accounting procedures as Vice President of Finance for Intracorp Capital LLC. Before Intracorp she was CFO of Integrated Healthcare Systems, where she completed a significant fund-raising round, established quality finance and human resource organizations and provided leadership to senior management team for this privately-held early stage healthcare technology company. Krueger played an essential role in the public offering of ImageX.com, Inc., where she raised an additional $120 million in a follow-on offering, executed an aggressive $100 million acquisition strategy and successfully built a presence in the Internet printing business.
