CS Pricing Program Manager EMEA
Royal Philips, headquartered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, is a provider of healthcare and lifestyle products. Philips has a global presence, with manufacturing sites in 28 countries and sales outlets in 150 countries.
Accountable for building the strategic pricing framework for Customer Services in the MG EMEA. Developing and driving the CS EMEA Pricing process between BIU’s, BG’s, CS, BG Field marketing and Markets for Customer Services. Develop and deploy the maintenance process of the price books at market level within the 11 markets in EMEA.
I have had the opportunity to work on both the manufacturing side and transactional side of various businesses during my career. The general focus on my work has been about improving company processes. Previous responsibilities include starting up a new manufacturing line at a silicon wafer company, and redesigning the manufacturing flow for an ultrasound company. While at Philips I have has the opportunity to work in two of their divisions – Healthcare, and Consumer Lifestyle. My first assignment was working in Healthcare for the Global Sales and Service organization in North America. Initially, working as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and then working on an international team focusing on processes for global pricing. Most recently, I have been working in The Netherlands for the Consumer Lifestyle division running the Net Promoter Score for Consumer Care and B2C Online.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
Prefer to mentor 1 student. Currently working in The Netherlands. Will be able to have a couple face-to-face meetings, but student needs to be willing to do video conference calls on a regular basis.
