Mentoring Objectives & Scope
My goals are to match your needs with what I can offer. We typically meet once a month or so. With some students we have focused a lot on their career and finding a position. In that case, we focused a great deal on: resume, interviewing techniques and questions, networking tips and suggestions, etc... Some students want to learn more about specific fields and what they are like. So meet with people I know that are working in the area and they share what they know on topics like: Accounting, Finance & Analysis, big companies, smaller companies. My expectations is that you be engaged in the process and a good communicator of schedules and such.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
Typically, eastside, 7-9am, lunch
