Mentoring Objectives & Scope
My objective as a Mentor is to first establish with the students, their objectives for our time together. Due to my background being oriented to entrepreneurship, I usually attract students who currently or in the future see themselves as self-employed. We will meet once a month. The students will take away a much better understanding of what it takes to start a business.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

I always begin by offering a free DISC assessment so the students get a chance to understand their unique communication style. It will help them communicate better in all situations. Also, I am a diehard optimist who believes in opportunity and abundance.
