Job Description
In addition to overseeing traditional finance and accounting functions, my position is charged with optimizing investments through traditional financing sources and strategic intitiatives.

2005-2007: CFO/VP Finance SightLife, affiliate with the Northwest Lions Foundation for Sight & Hearing. This not-for-profit is an innovative and growing leader of global sight and hearing services creating humanitarian benefit.
2002-2005: VP Finance/Director Finance & Admin; Consultant for Center for Health Promotion/Free & Clear, Inc. Integral in successfully completing VC backed, for-profit spin-off from Group Health.
2000-2002: CFO/EVP Open Telecommunications North America, Inc. Part of team to start-up wholly-owned subsidiary of Australian parent providing software solutions to telecom carriers.
1999-2000: CFO, Manpower California Peninsula. $200M franchise of int'l staffing company.
1993-1999: CFO, Paradise Cruise, Ltd - hospitality and tour company in Honolulu. Prior - Hornblower Cruises & Events, ATA Industries, Arthur Andersen Consulting Division (now Accenture).
