Willie Aikens serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SLOTAY, INC (established in 1996), a consulting company in management, information technology and educational services. In this position, he is responsible for management and information technology consulting. Retiring from Boeing after some 43 years, he held positions in Computing, Human Resources, Engineering and Manufacturing as well as Sales and Marketing. His late assignment was as Director of Process and Strategy. When Boeing established Boeing Computer Services (BCS), Aikens was given the task of meeting Boeing's production and design challenges with computing strategies and tactics. Later he was designated international Marketing manager for Scientific computing products with emphasis in Europe. He was subsequently named Sales and Marketing director and worked to develop new profit centers bby capitalizing on Boeing's computing capabilities and experience. Aikens took his experience and ability to solve complex management challenges and used them to meet the needs of external compaies, industries and countries worldwide. Mr. Aikens has an MBA from Seattle University with graduate work in math at UW. Willie is a member of the Society for Advancement of Management and the Society for Information Management. He serves as a mentor (21 years) at Seattle University and is a board member for The Boy Scouts, the Seattle YMCA and Seattle Opera. He and his wife, Dorothy, now reside in Renton on the greens of Fairwood Golf and Country Club. Willie served as an officer in the Army.
