Mentoring Objectives & Scope
Introduction to Boeing's decision-makers in executive and technical settings; expect student to attend all meetings that are coordinated by my executive assistant. Mandatory (although your work schedule takes precedence).
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
Lunch Meeting with lunch provided with busy executives and techinical personel. Monday-Friday (11:30-1:30pm)
I prefer to mentor grad students who are current employees at Boeing. This group explores areas in Boeing that the students are interested in to satisfy their career objectives. The contacts established are critical for follow-on networking for proactive students.
