Sean started with Expeditors in 1995 as a management trainee in the Chicago office. Upon completion of that program he accepted an on-site account management position for the Trane Air-Conditioning account, which quickly became on of the largest accounts for Expeditors at that time. Through that account Expeditors opened their own offices in France. After five years managing the account through rapid and sustained growth Sean was moved to Paris to become District Manager. He managed that office for four years before returning to the US as Sales Manager in the Portland, Oregon office. One year later he was transfered to Dallas to create an Account Management program locally.
In 2006 Expeditors was awarded the single largest transition of new business ever in consolidation and Order Management by Wal-Mart. Sean was appointed global project manager for that transition and spent the next 18 months transitioning business on four continents. In 2008 he moved to the Corporate Headquarters to become Director of Operations for Order Management and in 2012 became overall Director of the product for the Americas.
