Marchex is a mobile advertising technology company. Our business model is built on two words: Advertising Performance. This means we make sure your ad campaigns deliver what you want most – new customers. Businesses that want phone calls spend billions each year on ads which, they hope, will get their phones to ring.
As a Senior Account Director, I own a portfolio of some of our largest and most strategic clients at Marchex. I manage a small team consisting of an Account Manager and Account Coordinator that partner with me to support these clients. My team is responsible for owning the relationship with these key accounts, cross-selling and up-selling new and existing products, coordinating product feedback and partnering with product/engineering teams to execute against the feedback, monitoring competitor offerings and how that impacts our clients and prospects, and evangelizing client success internally as well as Marchex product solutions externally.

Mentoring Objectives & Scope
I like working with my students to help them navigate the next phase in their lives. There can be a lot of uncertainty about entering the work world or making a career switch. I've navigated an unusual path to get where I am now, and I think that I can offer a unique perspective to students that want advice, guidance, or just an ear to talk through their concerns or questions as they navigate this next phase.
When and where do you hold meetings with your students?
I prefer meetings downtown close to my office (5th and Pike). I can accommodate coffee meetings during the work day, or in the evening after work.
