Job Description

As a member of the Executive Management Team I am responsible for the execution of the strategic priorities of the credit union.  My role as VP, Organizational Development/Chief Human Resource Officer involves overseeing all facets of our human resource and training functions.  During my tenure Verity has been recognized both locally and nationally for cultivating an outstanding training environment and being an overall best place to work.

Employment History

I have served in the following roles over my career:  HR Development Officer, Training Manager, HR & Training Director, and VP, Organizational Development/CHRO.

Education

I hold an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Western Washington University.  I earned a Masters of Business Administration from Seattle University.  I also hold a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

I open to meeting students at my office or on campus. Weekdays would be preferable.
