Farani Aryono

Farani Aryono is an MBA student with a specialization in Leadership Formation. She started her studies in the beginning of 2011 and expects to graduate in 2013. Prior to studying at Seattle University, she worked as an analyst in a global logistics company where she spent several years of her tenure in Seattle and Singapore working with IT, Sales & Marketing, and Account Management teams. She chose Albers Business School because of its good reputation and many opportunities available to its students. Farani holds a B.S. in Applied Computational Mathematical Sciences and a B.S in Economics from University of Washington and she believes that an MBA will help her gain more business knowledge, and excel in her professional career.

Dan Klein

Dan Klein started the MBA program in Winter Quarter 2012 as a full-time student. After earning his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington, Dan went on to work in management and sales for several regional and national banks. He is pursuing his MBA in order to improve his overall management and leadership skills, while brushing up on topics such as Corporate Finance and International Business. When he’s not at SU, Dan is working as the VP of Marketing for the Albers Graduate Student Association (AGSA), playing soccer, or volunteering as a big brother with BBBS of Puget Sound. He believes that an MBA will help him launch a new career in international business strategy or leadership development. Dan chose Seattle University because of its reputation, flexible class schedules and accessibility of faculty.

Peter "PJ" Graziani

PJ Graziani will complete his MBA in June of 2012. His focus within the MBA program is the Graduate Leadership Formation Certificate program, but he also has a strong interest in International Business. While studying at Albers he has participated in the 2010 China Study Tour, the 2010-2011 Graduate Leadership Formation Cohort, the Albers Mentor Program, and the Albers Graduate Student Association besides serving as a Graduate Student Ambassador. PJ graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Science with a Minor in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University. When he’s not at SU, he is an environmental engineer for a small, local environmental consulting firm, or playing trombone with the Ballard Sedentary Sousa Band. He believes that the MBA will help him launch a new career in international business strategy or leadership development.  

Thuy Vien

Thuy Vien completed her MBA in June 2010 with a focus in Finance. During her final year of studies, she served as a Graduate Student Ambassador.  She chose the Albers School of Business & Economics for its diverse academic electives and its focus on business ethics and sustainable development. Thuy graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular & Cell Biology. She worked as a Research Scientist before pursuing her interests in business and is looking forward to incorporating her business knowledge with her scientific background.  

Huiqiang (Derek) Zhao

Born and raised in Southern China, Huiqiang (Derek) Zhao moved to the U.S. in 1998 for higher education. Derek completed his MBA program in March 2011 and had previous Albers experience by completing his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Seattle University with two majors (International Business and E-Commerce Information Systems) and one minor (Business Economics). Professionally, Derek's interest is in international business development.

Natalia Varela Donado

 Natalia Varela Donado

Natalia Varela Donado completed her Master of International Business program at Albers in June 2011. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a minor in International Business from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia, her home country. Natalia developed an international professional profile throughout her career and education and is pursuing her goal of leading a multinational organization.
