Personal Bio

Dr. Franklin is recognized for her knowledge in whole-system innovation design and integration, business strategy and process improvement, strategic and action planning, group facilitation, and leadership development. As an organization effectiveness consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton for almost 11 years, Dr. Franklin helped numerous clients in the public, private, and non-profit sectors across multiple disciplines, and many with a global presence, improve their existing performance and design new ways of doing business. She launched her independent consulting practice, Organizational Effectiveness Consulting (OE Consulting), in March 2008 -- which has evolved to Franklin & Company. In 2012, Dr. Franklin started Mindful Innovation Labs -- a consulting practice that helps inspire innovation through whole-systems awareness and active-learning. She has served as adjunct faculty with George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia -- and, at the Institute of Public Service at Seattle University. She has been a Lecturer with the traditional and executive MPA programs as well as with the Cascade Executive Management Program at the University of Washington. Prior to joining Albers, she was a member of the core faculty team with the Organization Systems Renewal graduate program at Seattle University.
