Personal Bio

Teresa Brosnan is an Attorney, admitted to the English Bar as well as the WA Bar, with over 20 years of international business and legal experience. As a senior corporate counsel for a major multinational company, she was involved in projects in more than 85 countries around the world. Most the time, she was working outside her home office in London and developed extensive experience in international business transactions. Since moving to the States, Ms. Brosnan has she taught undergraduate and graduate programs in international business, international law, trade, cross-cultural management, and ethics. She developed, designed and wrote web based and classroom format curriculum materials for online and classroom programs in the United States and overseas. Prior to teaching, she worked for Perkins Coie energy group where she advised on transactions for energy, technology, and commercial aviation clients; Deputy Director of a Corporate Governance Project at the University of Washington School of Law where she taught a JD research, writing seminar class on corporate governance laws. Ms. Brosnan is currently working as a business consultant, working with nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Brosnan has a Bachelors degree from the University of Keele, a Law Degree from the Inns of Court School of Law, a Master of Laws degree from the University of Washington, a Graduate Certificate, also from the University of Washington, and an MBA from City University of Seattle. She is an alumni Fellow of the World Affairs Council.
