Personal Bio

Michael Eguchi is a 34-year broadcasting veteran recognized as an expert senior executive problem analyzer and solver with sales, marketing, and startup organizations. Serving currently as an Albers adjunct faculty member teaching Management and Marketing, Professor Eguchi possesses a proven track record of formulating and implementing successful strategic business solutions involving people, software, and organizational systems. His entire professional broadcasting career spanned eleven different positions over his time with Fisher Communications, Inc. Seattle, ranging from internal consultant for New Media, Business Systems, Web Convergence Initiatives to local sales manager - Business Development, national sales manager to vice-president and general manager of Fisher's leading edge satellite distribution company, Fisher Pathways. Professor Eguchi serves as a mentor at the University of Washington, where he earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Marketing and at Seattle University, where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree. He also serves as a Trustee with the University of Washington Alumni Association. He is a published author and member of the National Eagle Scout Association Boy Scouts of America.
