Personal Bio

Eric Wehrly's teaching experience and interests include Corporate Finance, Entrepreneurial Finance, Financial Management, Microeconomics, E-business Economics, and Executive programs. He has contributed as a writer or served as a technical editor on a number of books. His paper, “The Reputational Penalties for Environmental Violations: Empirical Evidence”; with Jon Karpoff and John Lott was published in The Journal of Law and Economics. His professional experiences include Vice President of Finance of ePods, Inc and Vice President, Relationship Manager of Wells Fargo Bank. While employed as a corporate banker, he earned the Certified Cash Manager distinction, and is a member of the Jesuit National Honor Society, Alpha Sigma Nu. Wehrly also enjoys hiking, climbing mountains, and other outdoor adventures; his rock climbs and ski descents have been featured in mountaineering journals.
