Personal Bio

Greg Prussia teaches undergraduate and graduate level Teambuilding and Leadership classes, as well as Human Resource Management and Principles of Management classes. His research interests center around issues of ethical leadership, leadership justice, and organizational safety. His publications have appeared in Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Personnel Psychology. He serves on the Editorial Board for the Academy of Management Journal and loves to hike the Cascades.
