Job Description
I lead the Seller Services Customer Experience Strategy team which performs competitive analyses and measures Amazon's end-to-end seller experience. Currently, over 2MM Sellers in 9 countries list their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon's ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the earth's largest selection and lowest prices. These Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique SKUs providing a broad and diverse inventory of products from Books, Electronics, and Apparel to Consumables and beyond, and use a variety of Amazon Services such as Selling on Amazon, Fulfillment by Amazon, Prime, Checkout by Amazon, Amazon Webstore, and Amazon Product Ads, to name a few.
