Work-Study
Work-Study is a need-based award. Students must complete the FAFSA. Work opportunities are made available by either federal (on campus) or state (off campus) work-study programs are based on part-time employment. On-campus jobs for graduate assistants pay a minimum of $11.05 per hour. Off-campus positions vary, paying Washington’s minimum wage to $20 per hour, depending on experience. Funding is limited with priority given to full-time students. Graduate students should inquire with Student Financial Services to determine eligibility.
Graduate assistance
There are some departmental opportunities for graduate assistantships. Interested applicants should review the Financial Planning for Graduate Study and contact individual departments for information on departmental assistantships.
