Event Planning
  • Event-Planning-HeaderClubs are encouraged to advertise their events to the rest of campus through various means such as flyers or rolldown banners. At SU, we have guidelines that we ask clubs to follow.  

    For example, all material posted on campus must be approved prior to being posted—anything that does not have an approval stamp on it will be removed and the offending organization will be held accountable. The approval process begins in the Student Activities office where staff will review flyers or rolldown posters to be sure they are appropriate in regards to content and size regulations.
