2009-2010 Club Re-Recognition

Welcome to the Student Activities Club Re-Recogntion site. In order to be fully recognized for the year you must do the following by October 31st.

Step 1

Fill out the club rerecognition form online. You will need to have the student numbers and e-mail addresses of your officers and your advisor's e-mail address in order to complete these forms.

Step 2

The president must attend one of the following president's orientation sessions.

October 5th from 9:30am-11:00am (STCN 130)
October 13th from 12:00pm-1:30pm (STCN 210)
October 21st from 3:30pm-5:00pm (STCN 210)
October 28th from 5:30pm-7:00pm (STCN 210)

Step 3

The treasurer must attend a treasurer's orientation session.

October 6th from 9:30am-11:00am (STCN 210)
October 14th from 2:30pm-4:00pm (STCN 210)
October 22nd from 12:00pm-1:30pm (STCN 210)
October 29th from 5:00pm-6:30pm (STCN 210)

Step 4 (Optional)

All club advisors will have the option of attending an orientation this year.

October 10th from 9:00am-12:00pm

October 23rd from 3:30pm-6:30pm

Your club's recognition status will run from:
November 1, 2009 to October 31, 2010
