Admission
to the Bachelor of Arts in Humanities Degree
The
college was born in the 1970s through the
collaboration of faculty and administrators
at Seattle Preparatory School and Seattle
University. For many years the three-year
Matteo Ricci College Curriculum at Seattle
Prep was the only avenue of access to university
studies in the college. However, since the
late 1980s, a further collaboration with
five local Catholic high schools has
led to establishing a senior year Matteo
Ricci College curriculum on those campuses,
opening additional routes into the university
segment. Students from both paths show excellent
preparation and a high rate of success
within the university.
