Required Documents for International Courses

There are three different sets of Pre-Departure Forms for short-term international programs that you, as the director, are responsible for: faculty, student and guests. All forms must be turned in no later than May 1 for June and July departures or one month prior to the program for August and September departures. Additionally, students participating in your course will automatically be enrolled in and billed for student insurance for overseas travel. See the brochure for this coverage  here.

Participants will be assessed a $125 late fee for late submission of forms.

Note: Not all schools/colleges allow guests. Please check with your dean.
